It’s a merry Christmas by the Bay this year. HTLand, Inc. has spruced up Asia’s premier waterfront community with tinsel and blazingly brilliant pinwheels on its 35-foot-tall Christmas tree. Lun, Mandani Bay Project Advisor, during the traditional Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony today enjoins the community to celebrate unity and the power of overcoming adversity. “Tonight’s Christmas Tree Lighting party is a celebration of our victory over all odds. We are all here and THAT is worth celebrating!!” Lun said.
Christmas by the Bay 2022 is Mandani Bay’s seventh year of delighting the Cebu community with one-of-a-kind, gram-worthy holiday themes.
Christmas by the Bay is how the holiday season unfolds at Mandani Bay, the landmark development straddling Cebu and Mandaue Cities, fronting the scenic Mactan Channel. This year’s Christmas by the Bay opens with the music of celebrity crooner Richard Poon and the extraordinary artists of the World Championships of the Performing Arts.
The 20-hectare mixed-use community stands out for building with superior elements around four key passions – water, adventure, creativity and culture.
Turnover of the units in Phase 1 of the development – Mandani Bay Suites – is currently in progress. Phase 2, the four- tower Mandani Bay Quay is fast taking shape. The Boardwalk, a terraces-inspired waterfront mixed-use space, will be delivered in mid-2023. It will host world-class and homegrown brands, dining and hobbies, green areas and jogging trails.
