Mandani Bay Quay Construction Updates as of March 1, 2021

With the goal of providing you with a world-class living space that offers a metro life with a tropical charm, HT Land, Mandani Bay’s developer, has been hard at work in turning that vision into a reality! Here’s an update on our Mandani Bay Quay Construction as of March 1, 2021.

Structural works are now at the following floors:
Mandani Bay Quay Tower 1 – 6th floor
Mandani Bay Quay Tower 2 – 5th floor
Mandani Bay Quay Tower 3 – 2nd floor
One Mandani Bay – 3rd floor

There are 6 tower cranes on site – 2 cranes are working on the podium and each tower has 1 crane.

The podium is now at the 3rd floor.
