Mandani Bay Quay Tower 1 Construction Updates
Construction works of MBQ Tower 1 are now on the 27th floor.
Masonry works from the 6th to the 18th floor are being completed.
Ongoing construction of interior partition walls between units and installation of electrical and auxiliary works.
MBQ Amenity Deck view – Structural works at the amenity deck on the podium level are already complete including the 50-m Olympic-size swimming pool and the kiddie pool. The major equipment of the powerhouse for the entire development is already in place.
Mandani Bay Quay Tower 2 Construction Updates
Tower 2 construction is now on the 32nd floor.
Interior partitions of the residential units from the 6th to the 22nd floor including their Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection provisions are being completed.
Podium level Parking – Ongoing Electrical and Auxiliary works. Retail area – Interior Partitions of the retail units are being put in place.

Mandani Bay Quay Tower 3 Construction Updates
Construction of Tower 3 is now on the 27th floor. Interior partitions of the units on the 18th floor and below with their Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection provisions are being completed.
The unit partition walls on the lower floors are being done concurrently with the structural works on the upper floors, including the elevator lobby walls.

MBQ Amenity Deck view – the structural component of the 1,400 sqm of the clubhouse is already completed. Interior wall partitions are being constructed.
One Mandani Bay Construction Updates
Tower 4 construction is now on the 18th floor.
Partitions are being put up on the 5th to the 9th floor.
The major equipment of the centralized powerhouse for the entire development is already in place with its wirings being installed.
