Mandani Bay Quay, the second phase of the Mandani Bay development in Mandaue City, recently achieved twenty million safe manhours without lost time incident, a significant milestone in the evolution of the landmark community.
A highpoint in project development, the achievement demonstrates the commitment of Mandani Bay developer HTLand, Inc. to the well-being of workers on-site and efficiency of systems and programs. It earns for the company a Safety Seal Certificate from the Department of Labor and Employment.
HTLand, Inc. and its partner-suppliers celebrated the event on Friday, July 12, 2024 by acknowledging the pivotal role of safety officers and recognizing the project’s safety ambassadors from various trade and subcontractor groups. The awardees brought home cash prizes, certificates of recognition, and gift packs.
Jeffrey Lun, HTLand Project Advisor, together with Shaun Pereira, HTLand Senior Project Manager and Roland Oconer, Project Manager of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), HTLand, Inc.’s project management partner, led the awarding ceremonies. Monocrete Construction Philippines, Inc., ASEC Development and Construction Corporation, Meralco MSERV, Gigatech, Inc., Air Beyond Satisfaction Services, Inc., Based on Scientia, HOLZ Coating International, Inc., Bluetect Construction Corporation, and Prime Power Energie System, Inc. were also represented. These organizations provide general construction, electrical and auxiliary, mechanical, fire protection, waterproofing, program and construction management and quantity surveying expertise for the township.
Mandani Bay Quay, consisting of three residential towers and the One Mandani Bay Office Tower, an amenities deck, commercial sector and podium parking, is located within the community’s commercial and retail area.
